Amy began her wellness journey in 2013, choosing a new path that prioritized strength, resilience, and intentional living. What started with yoga quickly grew into a passion for movement, anatomy, nutrition, and the science of well-being. Along the way, she learned that lasting health isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, adapting, and continuing to return to yourself.
That philosophy became the foundation of Zone In Wellness, a platform designed to help people stay connected to their health without guilt or self-judgment. Amy believes wellness should be flexible, meeting you where you are each day. Through mindful check-ins and joyful movement, you can build habits that feel sustainable because they’re rooted in what your body and mind truly need.
Amy is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who is continually expanding her knowledge to help others create a healthier, more balanced life.
